Ingredients

  • 1 lb bok choy, washed and chopped
  • 2 large carrots, julienned
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
