Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup ice water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup wood sorrel leaves, washed and chopped
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the flour and salt together. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
