Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cucumber, carrot, and cilantro.

  3. Pour the yogurt mixture over the cucumber mixture and mix until combined.
