Ingredients

  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Assorted crackers or vegetables, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, oregano, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with crackers or vegetables.
