Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Break the eggs into another shallow bowl and whisk together.
  4. Put the panko bread crumbs into a third shallow bowl.
  5. Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg mixture, and then coat it with the panko bread crumbs.
  6. Place the chicken tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the tenders over and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
