Ingredients
- 2 lbs. chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Break the eggs into another shallow bowl and whisk together.
- Put the panko bread crumbs into a third shallow bowl.
- Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg mixture, and then coat it with the panko bread crumbs.
- Place the chicken tenders on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the tenders over and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
