Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of capers, drained

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, parsley, red onion, celery, and capers.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Add the mayonnaise and mix until everything is evenly coated.
