Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, pepper, chicken, and vegetables. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. In a separate bowl, mix together the biscuit baking mix and melted butter. Sprinkle over the cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
