Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
- 1/3 cup melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, pepper, chicken, and vegetables. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top. In a separate bowl, mix together the biscuit baking mix and melted butter. Sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
