Ingredients

  • 1 whole-wheat wrap
  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup red onions, diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Lay the wrap on a baking sheet and spread the hummus over the top.
  3. Top with the spinach, tomatoes, carrots, red onions, and feta cheese.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the wrap is golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
