Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup of milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine corn, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk together until combined. Pour the egg mixture into the corn mixture and stir until all ingredients are blended.
  4. Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish.
