Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 (4-ounce) wild-caught salmon fillets

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together pecans, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and sea salt.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the parchment paper and spread the pecan mixture over the top of each fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
