Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large crookneck squash, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic powder and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the crookneck squash, salt, and pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the butter and Parmesan cheese and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Serve warm.
