Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place cauliflower florets in an 8x8-inch baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over the cauliflower.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese mixture over the cauliflower.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
