Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeño peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine spinach, bell peppers, carrots, jalapeño peppers, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, sea salt, black pepper, water, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
