Ingredients
2 pounds fresh crab, cleaned and shelled
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the turmeric, coriander, cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the crab to the skillet, and stir to combine. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the crab is cooked through.
Serve over steamed rice and enjoy!
