Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh crab, cleaned and shelled
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger, and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the turmeric, coriander, cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the crab to the skillet, and stir to combine. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the crab is cooked through.
- Serve over steamed rice and enjoy!
