Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of heavy cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 12 equal pieces and place them in the muffin tin.
  3. Combine the eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and heavy cream in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the puff pastry shells until each shell is three-quarters full.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the edges of the pastry shells are lightly golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
