Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 12 equal pieces and place them in the muffin tin.
- Combine the eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and heavy cream in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture into the puff pastry shells until each shell is three-quarters full.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the edges of the pastry shells are lightly golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
