2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Directions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain off any excess fat.
Stir in the cumin, chili powder, and oregano and cook for 1 minute.
Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
