- 1 cup couscous

Directions
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Add the couscous, stirring to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, kale, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked couscous and cook for 2 minutes more.
- Stir in the slivered almonds and dried cranberries.
- Serve hot.
