1/2 cup store-bought or homemade jelly, any flavor
Directions
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix until combined.
In another bowl, combine the melted butter and milk. Pour into the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough until it is 1/2-inch thick. Using a doughnut cutter, cut out the doughnuts. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
Once cooled, fill a pastry bag with the jelly of your choice and pipe the jelly into the doughnuts. Serve and enjoy!
