- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper

- 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well combined.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper.
- Pour the dip into a 9-inch baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
