Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well combined.
  2. Stir in the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dip into a 9-inch baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown.
  4. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
