Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen pierogi
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add frozen pierogi to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the pierogi and transfer to a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
