Ingredients
1 package of frozen pierogi
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add frozen pierogi to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the pierogi and transfer to a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
