Ingredients
3/4 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup salted peanuts
1 cup pretzels, broken into pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips, peanuts, and pretzels.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
