Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
