Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of capers
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Directions

      1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
      2. Cut cauliflower into small florets and place on a baking sheet.
      3. Mix olive oil, garlic, capers and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
      4. Drizzle the mixture over the cauliflower and season with salt and pepper.
      5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
      6. Serve warm.
