Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cubed squash
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cubed squash, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until all of the ingredients are well combined.
  3. Spread squash mixture onto a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until squash is tender.
  4. Remove squash from oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Add butter and parsley and mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
