Ingredients

  • 1 batch Low Carb Pizza Dough
  • 1/2 lb. steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Roll out pizza dough and transfer to a greased baking sheet.
  3. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak and mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and onion powders and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Spread steak and mushroom mixture onto pizza dough. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
