1 (12.4-ounce) can refrigerated cinnamon rolls with cream cheese icing
3 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each one into four equal pieces. Arrange the pieces in the prepared baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces, making sure to evenly coat all of them.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the center is set and golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
