2 cups of sticky rice
1/2 cup of vegan sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of oil
Directions
Soak the sticky rice for 4-6 hours in cold water.
Drain and rinse the rice. Place in a pot with 2 cups of fresh water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the water is fully absorbed.
