Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of Kneecaps
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the knecaps to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the knecaps onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until knecaps are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
