Ingredients

Directions

Add the lentils and vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
