Ingredients
3 medium zucchini

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Dip each slice of zucchini in the parmesan mixture, coating each side evenly.
Place zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 minutes, flipping slices halfway through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
