- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add butter cubes to the dry ingredients and use a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour until it resembles coarse meal.
- Add buttermilk and stir until just combined.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead lightly, just until the dough comes together.
- Roll the dough out to 1/2-inch thickness and use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until biscuits are golden and cooked through.
