Ingredients

  • 1 pound tomatillos, husked, rinsed, and cut into quarters
  • 2 poblano peppers, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat air-fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine tomatillos, poblano peppers, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add oil and stir to combine.
  3. Place mixture in the air-fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
