- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat air-fryer to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatillos, poblano peppers, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add oil and stir to combine.
- Place mixture in the air-fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
