Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Cut the tofu block into thin strips and place them in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together tamari, olive oil, maple syrup, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Pour the marinade over the tofu strips and stir to combine.
- Let the tofu sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Spread the tofu strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let cool before serving.
