Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken wings and toss to coat.
- Spread the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and golden brown.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the hot sauce, salsa, honey, butter, and lime juice. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked wings to the saucepan and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
