Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and thyme. Mix until blended and set aside.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce mixture to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the pork chops.
- Remove from heat and serve.
