Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and thyme. Mix until blended and set aside.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and allow it to melt.
  4. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Add the Worcestershire sauce mixture to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the pork chops.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.
