Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add the steak, and rub the mixture into the steak to coat it.
- Place the steak on a baking sheet, and bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the oven, and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the steak into thin strips, and arrange on a plate. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and serve.
