Ingredients
- 2 packets (2 tablespoons) unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Directions
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water in a medium saucepan and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to the saucepan and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it just starts to simmer. Remove from heat.
- Pour the mixture into 6-8 ramekins and let cool to room temperature.
- Cover each ramekin with plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- When ready to serve, top with desired toppings.
