Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian Bread
- 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 pound sliced provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Slice the Italian bread into 1-inch slices, and place on a baking sheet.
- Top with pepperoni and provolone cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, and thyme.
- Brush the olive oil mixture over the top of the pepperoni and cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly toasted.
