Ingredients
1 loaf Italian Bread
1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
1/2 pound sliced provolone cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Slice the Italian bread into 1-inch slices, and place on a baking sheet.
Top with pepperoni and provolone cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, and thyme.
Brush the olive oil mixture over the top of the pepperoni and cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly toasted.
