Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1/2 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the water, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Add the sesame oil, salt, and pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute more.
- Serve hot.
