1/2 head of broccoli, cut into florets

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the water, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the sesame oil, salt, and pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute more.
Serve hot.
