Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
  • 1/2 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the water, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add the sesame oil, salt, and pepper and stir-fry for 1 minute more.
  6. Serve hot.
