Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender.
  3. Stir in the mushroom soup and chicken soup, and mix thoroughly.
  4. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly on the bottom. Top with the tater tots.
  5. Mix together the sour cream and cheese, and spread over the tater tots.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
