Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together the Baileys Irish Cream, dried cranberries, walnuts, and confectioners' sugar until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- In a double boiler, melt the semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips, stirring constantly.
- Dip the Baileys Balls in the melted chocolate, coating them completely. Place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the Baileys Balls for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Serve chilled.
