Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the Baileys Irish Cream, dried cranberries, walnuts, and confectioners' sugar until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  4. In a double boiler, melt the semi-sweet and dark chocolate chips, stirring constantly.
  5. Dip the Baileys Balls in the melted chocolate, coating them completely. Place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate the Baileys Balls for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  7. Serve chilled.
