Ingredients
1 pound bacon, diced
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds collard greens, chopped
2 cups chicken broth

Directions
In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until it is crisp.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
