Ingredients

  • 1 pound tomatillos, husked
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed and halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
