Ingredients
2 bunches of asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the trimmed asparagus on a greased baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and salt and pepper.
Once the asparagus is cooked, remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
Place the asparagus in a bowl and pour the vinaigrette over it. Gently toss until the asparagus is evenly coated.
Serve and enjoy!
