Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the trimmed asparagus on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and salt and pepper.
  5. Once the asparagus is cooked, remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Place the asparagus in a bowl and pour the vinaigrette over it. Gently toss until the asparagus is evenly coated.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
