- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, beef broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
