- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter.
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
