Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  2. Place the chicken in the air-fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the basket and add to the bowl with the buffalo sauce. Toss to coat.
  4. Return the chicken to the basket and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Place the tater tots in the basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the basket from the air-fryer and add the chicken and cheese. Return to the air-fryer and cook until the cheese is melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Top with the green onions and serve.
