Ingredients
- 1 package of seitan
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 tortillas

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the seitan, red pepper, and onion to the skillet. Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook, stirring often, until the vegetables are tender and the seitan is lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions.
- Divide the seitan mixture among the tortillas. Add desired toppings.
- Serve warm.
