Ingredients
3 cups lettuce, chopped
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, carrots, celery, cucumber, onion, tomatoes, cheese and bacon.
In a small bowl, combine ranch dressing and bacon.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss until everything is coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
Serve chilled.
