Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 can (10.75-ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (14.5-ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can (15-ounces) corn, drained
- 1 package (32-ounces) frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and smoked paprika to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, and corn and stir to combine. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread the tater tots into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spoon the beef mixture over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
