Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 can (10.75-ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (14.5-ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can (15-ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 package (32-ounces) frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
  3. Add the onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and smoked paprika to the skillet and cook until the onion is softened.
  4. Add the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, and corn and stir to combine. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Spread the tater tots into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture over the tater tots.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
